This Work Sits Between Performance and Mental Health

Most organisations separate performance and mental health. In reality, they are the same system.

I spent over 15 years working in corporate environments while managing Bipolar II Disorder. That experience exposed something most organisations miss: performance, mental health and brain function are not separate, they are the same system.

That insight now underpins the work I deliver to organisations.

Why This Work Is Different

Most corporate training is delivered from theory. This work is built from lived experience, neuroscience research, and real corporate environments. That combination is what makes it land.

This work:

  • Explains performance problems clearly
  • Connects mental health to output
  • Gives managers practical tools
  • Avoids generic wellbeing approaches
